Reading our books on the iPhone or iPod Touch

• You’ll need Lexcycle’s free Stanza eBook reader for the iPhone/iPod Touch. Simply search for it in Apple’s App Store and install it.

• If you don’t already have an account on our site, create one.

• Visit pragprog.com using Safari on your phone.

• eBooks you download from our site will automatically open in Stanza.

• If you’re using Stanza desktop to transfer them to your iPhone or Touch, make sure you have a recent version—older versions strip most of the formatting out of epub files, and you’ll be disappointed with the results on your iPhone.

Known Formatting Issues

We know of the following formatting issue with the Stanza app:

• Marginal notes (such as those used in Pragmatic Thinking and Learning and The Passionate Programmer) are blank
